  • Goat Cheese

Another cheese that is great to include if you are on a keto diet. If you want to hit your macros, this is the cheese you should go for. This cheese has 0 carbs. As per USDA, one oz of goat cheese gives you 103 calories and has 0 g carbs, 6 g of protein, and 8 g of fat.

Another benefit of using goat cheese is that it is great for someone who is lactose intolerant. Cheeses made from goat’s milk have less lactose sugar present, so it is easy to digest. 

  • Parmesan Cheese

When you are on a keto diet, you would be eating a lot of Caesar salad (sans croutons). And we know that it can get difficult to find good salads that you like. But when you have parmesan cheese by your side, you can always spruce up any boring salad. This cheese is great to add a salty and nutty flavor to the salad with all the benefits.

  • Cream Cheese

So, when you are shopping for dips and sauces in the supermarket while being on a keto diet, it can be difficult to choose. But if you find cream cheese dips, be sure to pick them up. Cream cheese is one of the great additions to your keto diet. You can use it as a spread or a dip when you eat your small portion of vegetables. 

As per USDA, 1 oz of cream cheese can provide 84 calories with 1 g of carbs, 8 g of fat, and 2 g of protein. Also, if you can find a probiotic-rich cream cheese that has live bacteria such as yogurt, make sure to buy it!

  • Cheese Crisps

If you are craving chips and crackers, these cheese crisps are a great fix. They are bite-sized, and you can snack on them while on the go. If you want to create a high-fat snack, you can dip these cheese crisps in guacamole. 

Several brands offer good quality cheese crisps that have a maximum of 14 g of fat, 1 g of carbs, and around 11 g of protein. Get these crisps as snacks next time you go to the supermarket.
